Depends on the width of your glasses, but the adjustments only correct for intraocular distance, there is no focusing or diopter adjustment, per se. You'll need your glasses or contacts to use the Rift headset.

You can use your glasses while playing but the frame has to be small. My frames are too big and are uncomfortable to play with them on for long periods. My wife's on the other hand fit just fine.

Yup, dont forget to loosen the side straps from the velcro grip so that you can extend the headset from the harness and insert your head while wearing your glasses. Another option is to get VR lens tuned to your eyes at vrlens.com kinda expensive but probably worth it. I heard great reviews from users.

Depending on the shape of your glasses it would be uncomfortable to wear with the Oculus. However, you can buy contacts or go online and buy glasses specifically made for VR. Here is the link for that: https://vr-lens-lab.com

You can still wear glasses with the rift, but only smaller framed ones. I have to switch to my old frames to use it since my current ones are too wide. If you have contacts, it would be much easier, but it's totally possible to use with glasses. There are also aftermarket lens adaptor things that use prescription lenses but I haven't tried them.

I wear my glasses with it all the time, make sure to loosen the side straps and put them on from the front first, then tighten down.
