Abolutely! There are multiple apps that you can load onto your computer, through the Oculus application, that allow you to watch video. One I particularly like is called "Big Screen" and it allows you to sit in different environments such as a theater or a high rise city apartment with a view and create a screen as big as you want. Quite cool actually.

Yes using many apps even like your sitting in a theater with some apps
