• You need to check your manual for Rise of Flight if it supports Oculus Rift. I've played war thunder on it and it works but induces a lot of motion sickness. Some people can over come it after several times of using it. You have to get used to it to use it in flight simulation games.

• Yes, it works with any kind of joystick since those connects to the pc

• There's nothing on Rise Of Flight's web site suggesting it's compatible with any VR HMD. So I'd say "no."
