• A:Answer VR Goggles/headset/helmet are not supposed to help with pain. If you want to maybe use them to distract you from pain, wherever it may be, other than your eyes, you can. It won't definitely work, but I wouldn't know as I do not have one

• A:Answer The unit works with all the games on the Oculus store and the vast majority of the games on steam and even viveport games so yes there are plenty of flying games both realistic like xplane or space battles like Eve Valkrie and wingsuit games like Rush and a ton of others. IL-2 is also amazing ww2 flight/dogfight sim. These work with HOTAS controllers as well. Just buy it...you will love it, and now there are thousands of titles to choose from! Best PC headset for the price bar none!
