• I don't see why you couldn't write it inside however it goes kind of fast for indoors I wouldn't recommend it for say inside the house to move around and I don't know what stores allowing permit if you were to take it into a supermarket or something I don't know what they would say if it was my best bet I would say it's better off to be used outside
