“Is "LP mode" another name for one of the following - MP3, WMA, PCM - or is it something different altogether? It says, "Up to 2,122 hours of recording time in LP mode". What other (if any) recording modes are available on this recorder and how much recording time in each?”

LP stands for Long Play. This is a lower quality recording but a seriously extended recording time.
