Most of the components you listed would work fine. The cooler may possibly exceed the chassis depth of 6.5". For the PSU, consult GPU manufacturer for power requirements. If a power supply upgrade is required for components note that the system uses a standard microATX sized supply. 3000MHz RAM would probably work but the fastest RAM officially supported is DDR4-2133 so you may not get the full speed of that RAM, you could certainly save some money buying RAM that runs at the supported speed. The SSD would fit in the M.2 slot or the tool-less HDD bays. You would need a 3.5" to 2.5" conversion tray if you use the HDD bays.
