• Yes, it will do it out of the box but it only has one HDMI and one DVI.

• From my searching, yes. You will have too plug a monitor into the HDMI on the GPU and the other monitor to the DP 1.4v that is also on the GPU. You may need to order an adapter for that. It is not expensive.
