“I brought the computer along with the Dell 23 inched monitor. I am not getting any sound at all. When I plug in my headphones all I hear is static. Before I played my games I would hear sound but now I don’t. I need help with the sound in general thank u.”

The issue youre having is not necessarily unique as i occassionally would hear static in the background . I havent really tackled the issue but it likely has something to do with the sound card being of low quality, incompatibility between the sound card and the rest of the system especially seeing as there is no pre-installed speaker system, or an issue with the audio jack. What i would recommend is that you look into getting a better quality sound card for it as the one installed is of minimum quality. Before you do that though play with the sound. Use bluetooth headphones or speakers with the system to see if that does the trick in which case itd be the audio jack that isnt working properly which one of my sneaking suspicions. You can also test this by using a usb audio adapter and if that works well its the audio jack.
