• Yes, it could run it quite well, I have a similar desktop and have no issues.

• ROE is capped at 90 fps and this pc can run this fine. It has a real problem running black ops 4 blackout though

• It can run Ring of Elysium, not at 60fps on very high. I run on normal and get around 35-45 consistent. CPU is at 100% load the entire time and higher graphics settings are unplayable at 15 fps.
