“How upgradeable is this pc? I know I can swap cpu, gpu, ram, etc. But can I slowly replace the motherboard, fans, power supply, add a ssd, and other secondary parts? Basically just use the case and build a whole new pc? Or just start a new build?”

You could rebuild the whole PC as each component could be taken out. You would need to find the same sized motherboard and fans for those. It is easy to add a SSD and other HDD's into it.
