• You can run that game but might be happier with the i7 processor if you want to push it to max settings. You should be able to stream from your Xbox if you choose to.

• Yes, this should run fortnite at max settings with high framerate. You can't hook up an XBox to a PC, but you can run the Windows XBox software to do messaging, etc. You'll have to re-purchase the game for PC.
