First disconnect power. Then the monitor cable, then the back panel screw that holds the card in place. Then remove the side panel, then remove the card from the slot it is placed into (generally, squeeze a tab and lift up, usually from the back). Remove power connector from power supply to card. Then pull card up and remove. Insert the new card's driver CD or the card first (follow manufacturer's instructions). It is actually a fairly simple process. The power supply amount should be fine. No need to upgrade this CPU just for gaming, but you can. Better bang for the buck in a newer video card, but the 1060 can play many games at good settings with good frame rates. You can get a free program to monitor CPU and GPU temperatures, but you should be fine.
