Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. I am more than happy to help answer this for you! First, you will find complete specifications for this system at https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05389962 including HP tested processor and RAM upgrades. The 1070 TI SC should fit as it is reference size. Up to 10.5"x 4.5" standard dual height PCI Express GPUs will fit without issue. Also consult the GPU manufacturer for power requirements. If a power supply upgrade is required for components note that the system uses a standard microATX sized supply. The i7-7700 is a supported upgrade but the 7700k is untested. There should be no need to upgrade the cooling but if so you need to make sure that you do not exceed the chassis depth of 6.5". You can add either a SATA or M.2 SSD as the chassis supports either. As for RAM, it may work but the fastest RAM officially supported is DDR4-2133 so you may not get the full speed of that RAM, you could certainly save some money buying RAM that runs at the supported speed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
