• The motherboard only supports PC4-17000 (DDR4-2133) memory, from what I have read the memory you asked about will work just not at its optimal speed since it wont utilize the 2666 potential.

• We cannot recommend specific brands. I can only recommend the Official HP Part 848216-800 but as I have said before, most any brand will work as long as it is compatible with the processor. You can also check the H170 chipset.
