Q: QuestionIf your results fall in the category of 135 mmHg and 85mmHg is it the equivalent of 120 over 80 reading? Model BP785
Asked by Michael.
- A:Answer No. The average of your three reading is your true blood pressure reading. Doctors suggest that Systolic pressure be below 100 and diastolic below 70. 99 over 69 is a good blood pressure reading. It is important that you change your lifestyle to reach these readings. Heart damage resulting from high blood pressure is "Irreversible."

Q: QuestionHow do I reset my monitor to take the BP just one time instead of 3?
Asked by Ana.
- A:Answer Doctors recommend you take your reading three (3) times and average the total. My wife did like the fact that this meter does that automatically. Her doctor had her take three readings. It took her half an hour. This meter does it in minutes.
