• According to the FAQ at Omron, no. Can I use my Complete without pairing it to a smart device? Yes, you can measure your blood pressure without pairing your Complete to a smart device. However, to use the EKG measurement function, you must be paired to a smart device and connected to the OMRON Connect mobile app.
