Hello, while your local Geek Squad may be able to determine what is wrong with your display (drivers, connection, a setting on the laptop, etc) they would not be able to repair it if it is a hardware issue with the display itself. I would still suggest visiting your nearby Best Buy to speak to one of our agents and discuss what may be going on and how it can be resolved.
