QuestionDoes this remote make a clicking/popping sound when buttons are pushed or is it quiet? Roku remote is way too loud when buttons are pushed. Sounds like clicking a pen. Makes it hard to sleep while wife watches TV.

QuestionShould the volume up button constantly raise the volume while the button is held down? My doesn't, it just raises the volume one notch. The down volume and up/down buttons on opposite side all continue to send the signal while being held down.

For a non-Roku TV, we recommend that you have a separate streamer attachment, or you will be limited to only controlling power, volume, mute, and input. QuestionWhy do i have to point the remote directly to my Roku player? Its of to the side, the factory remote functions fine without lag. This one has lag or just does not command the Roku anyone else having this problem?

- Answer Hello coffee The reason our remote has to pointed at the Roku is that it operates using infrared bursts which requires line of sight with the device. Your original remote likely uses radio to communicate which does not use line of sight. BB One For All Support
