In my case, my older plan (3 years old) included 5G. Sprint's current basic unlimited doesn't include 5G. I'm expecting my first bill credit next month after 2 months of ownership.

Once I switched, it had no problem adding to my cart, but I ended up ordering it from the store. I've been a Sprint customer for 6+ and got it for the $20 per month (after $15 bill credit).
