You need to be on the Sprint Unlimited Plus or Premium plan in order to purchase this. I had to switch from the Basic plan for an extra $10 per month. Once I switched, it had no problem adding to my cart, but I ended up ordering it from the store. I've been a Sprint customer for 6+ and got it for the $20 per month (after $15 bill credit).
