You might need to go into the Best Buy store to have them look at your plan. Not all Sprint Plans include 5G service. Only 5G plans are eligible for the bill credit. In my case, my older plan (3 years old) included 5G. Sprint's current basic unlimited doesn't include 5G. I'm expecting my first bill credit next month after 2 months of ownership.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The credit won't show in the monthly payment amount at check out, it only shows in your account a couple months after you activate the phone. I go through that with Sprint everytime I get a new phone through them.
