• The phone is splash resistant but doesn't have an official IPX rating. Probably fine if it gets a little wet but don't take it in the pool.

• This phone doesn't have an IP rating, the T-Mobile version does because T-Mobile paid for that certification! It would be up to you to take that chance, one note is that the sim card tray has a orange silicone gasket on it! Hope that helps!

• For some reason, the T-Mobile variant has an IP rating, but the unlocked phone does not have the rating in the specifications. I think it is safe to say that both phones are of similar construction and the unlocked version is the same. Not sure why OnePlus elects to not publish this spec for the unlocked model. I still believe this phone is a great value at the reduced $599 price.
