“I have the receiver hooked up through ARC It works great on blue ray and cable/sat inputs but the tv input has no sound when using the streaming services on my 4k tv I put in a optical cable but no luck any ideas”

Go into the menu for the receiver and make sure the ARC has been turned on. Make sure the TV and receiver connection is using the ARC HDMI port.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have an HDMI port labeled ARC on the TV. You have to have the HDMI cable go from the output of the receiver to the ARC connector on the TV and then turn on ARC in the receiver setup.

Everything started to work and I touched nothing else. However, the front USB port doesn't work. I can Bluetooth fine but the port might see something for 5 seconds and then I lose the device.
