I do not have a Roku, but you should be able if your hooking up using HDMI cables. Audio and video is conveyed by the HDMI cable. The HDMI cable video out to your projector is a pass through for the video signal.

Please try again later.I use a Firestick so basically the same set up as Roku..if you use an HDMI cable to connect the Roku in to the receiver and then an HDMI cable to the projector then you should have no problem seeing the picture through the projector and blasting sound through the receiver. Get the gold plated HDMI cables, they seem to work better and don't skimp on the speaker wire!
