My pioneer elite can run tv in zone A and music in zone b, so it is out there. And that stereo is about 5 years old.

Please try again later.Sorry Zones on Stereo Receiver mean that you have the main room you can listen to is Zone A then if you would like the run speakers to another room you can and this would be called Zone B. So so the other person in the other room doesn't want to hear noise anymore on the Receiver you would turn off Zone B. Or sometimes when I do a installation I run wires to the outside for outdoor speakers and this would also be on Zone B. But to split up different sounds on different devices I haven't heard of any stereos yet of doing that.
