“Sometimes when turned on the volume only comes out of the front spreakers. Other times all 5 speakers work great. What could be causes this?”

• If what you're watching is filmed in surround sound, it will come out of all 5 speakers. If it is filmed in stereo sound, it will only come out of the front 2 speakers. So it depends on what you're watching.
