Does the Receiver? Or do you mean the blu ray d v d player has one stuck in it?

I am not familiar with your specific Sony receiver. But this unit will support 5 speakers. I use it with Dolby 5.1 Surround settings and Dolby Atmos. Center channel, front right and left and Rear left and right. I assume you use your soundbar as a center channel speaker. Hope this helps.
