“Why do I have to turn it up to 40 before it puts out sound?”

• I can not tell you exactly why it is and also happened to me What I can do is tell you that I did to improve the problem and believe me it turned out. Look in Settings where it says IntelliVolume and change it from 0 dB to 6+ dB. and that's it I hope it helps you.
