“I have no sound on my brand new receiver. I tried trouble shooting as directed making sure the speaker selection was on A as instructed. I then went through the speaker set up and the test tone didn't work either. Help!”

I thought the same thing. I was ready to re-box when my ear passed the center channel and I heard a faint voice. You can't hear this receiver until about 50 DB or more. I was at 60-65 for initial set up. Sounds great. TURN IT UP!

Please try again later.it might be a defective device because I just opened my new onkyo and just connected 3 speakers randomly and it already sounds fine & I still have to set it up its child's play so if u can't even listen to FM radio at all and if I don't hear it click on when powered up the u should have it checked out.
