Is this compatible with xbox1s to receive 4k null

uh....yes. Did you happen to read the name of the receiver? It says 4K HDR Compatible.

Your question is a little confusing, I'm not sure if you are asking will it send a signal TO the Xbox (because the Xbox does have an HDMI input) or will it process 4k FROM the Xbox and then on to the TV. For the former I cannot say, for the latter absolutely yes. I have my Xbox 1-X going to this receiver in the "Game" input and the HDMI out to my 4K TV. It runs in 4K and HDR without issue.
