“How many watts per channel? I ask because on the specs it says 100w but i have watched reviews saying 165w.”

210 W/Ch (6 ohms, 1 kHz, 10% THD, 1 channel driven). 100 W/Ch (8 ohms, 20 Hz - 20 kHz, 0.08% THD, 2 channels driven, FTC). It depends on your speakers Ohms. This unit supports 4 - 16 Ohms. The receiver will provide more power to a 4 ohm speaker than a 8 ohm speaker. In the end it all sounds good.
