Does this reciever have HDMI Arc? null

ARC is Audio Return Channel through the HDMI port and the Onkyo 686 supports it. If your TV supports ARC, you can run its audio through the receiver. If not, there is a port on the 686 that accepts audio from the TV. There is also a fiber optic port that lets you input digital audio from the TV.
