- Answer No. There are amplification devices that can be added to your phone, but the Ooma Tele won't improve what you have.

- Answer Yes, it should. When setting it up you connect your cell phone via Bluetooth to the base unit. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work with Smart Talk any differently than with Verizon or T-Mobile.
