• It comes with the power plug and the ethernet cable to plug into your router. I believe you have to provide your own phone cord to plug into it.

• That is difficult to answer because it can vary from home to home. If you have both telephone and WIFI connections in the same close vicinity, the box should have everything you need. One surprise for any user -- If you want to port your existing phone number to their VOIP system, it's not like porting your cell phone. It will take them about a week, and Ooma charges you $40!! So add that into the price of their system.
