Does Ooma work with ADT dial up? null

As long as it can be plugged in direct. You can connect 2 lines. I upgraded my ADT to a wifi system. This version had to be hard wired into my internet modem. If your ADT isn't close, that would pose an issue.

I don't think you can. You have to have internet service. I am not sure what ADT service is.
