As long as it's a tone dialer it should work.
I doubt if the old fashion pulse dialer would work.

II have three types of tone dialer phones running off of my OOMA device.

Yes, there is a space in the back to plug in your existing telephone.

Yes. That's exactly what this service is for, as long at the phone has a standard RJ-11 plug (the common plug for phones since the 70s). If it is an even older phone that uses either four pins or is hardwired, you will need to adapt it over.

But, other than that, it should work just fine.

Yes. Plug the Ooma into your router or modem. Plug the Ooma into your old wall outlet. Now you can use any extension plugged into any other outlet. I am using a Panasonic wireless system with my Ooma.
