As I understand it the Ooma needs very little bandwidth to operate properly. I currently have 100MB/s internet and half that for wifi and have had no issues. In the past I had even slower speeds and again had no issues with the Ooma. Though if you have lots of users and routinely have issues with bandwidth and wifi speed you could also have issues with the Ooma, in which case you just need a better internet and wifi setup to improve all device access.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can always connect a network cable directly to the router or modem and use a cordless phone instead of using wifi. If you are limited to only using wifi, place the Telo as close to the wireless router as possible and get a cordless phone to compensate the distance in the house/building, this will get the max usage of limited wifi. If your connection is still not enough for clear calls then this device may not work for your purpose.
