• We have Spectrum internet -- 500Mbps. We continually experience "robot voice" and choppy communication. I complained to Ooma -- I was told to contact Spectrum. I don't believe that Spectrum will help, since Spectrum offers its own home phone service. I'm planning on dropping Ooma in May when I have to renew. You can't beat Ooma's price for its features; but, the call quality leaves much to be desired, IMHO.

• It you can access the internet (e.g. Open a browser to Ooma), then it should work. All you need is connect to your home ethernet switch.

• As long as your ISP service has sufficient speed and capacity limits to run a Roku 4K device or similar, it should work fine with Ooma.
