“If I replace my old existing OOMA unit (getting faulty) with a new replacement OOMA, can I keep my existing OOMA telephone number and without a extra charge? If I already have an OOMA account is the new replacement unit simply plug and play? Thanks”

• Yes. But, you must notify Ooma Telo Customer Service you are replacing the Ooma Telo Unit with a new one and supply them with the new Ooma Telo Unit's Serial Number and MAC address. They do the magic to complete the installation.

• I called OOMA, they took all the info and promised an email in a day or two. It's been 3 days now and I'm still without a phone since the old OOMA stopped working. How long did it take for others? Did they call you or send an email?

• Keep your number at no charge. You have to call Support to move it to the new unit but they make it super easy. This is our second Ooma.
