“I think the Spam screening feature is blocking too many calls (not that is all bad) but people say they can't get through sometimes. Can it be turned off or somehow adjusted. Model Telo Air 2 is the model I have.”

• You should be able to customize from the Ooma web site. Login with your account and go to Preferences > Call Blocking. You can block by number or name. You can also work with Ooma support as well over chat.
