As long as it's a tone dialer it should work. I doubt if the old fashion pulse dialer would work. II have three types of tone dialer phones running off of my OOMA device.

If it is an even older phone that uses either four pins or is hardwired, you will need to adapt it over. But, other than that, it should work just fine.
