It should if the phone line cable is good.

If you are willing to run cable, the max leg for digital Cat5e through Cat6a is 100 m (remoting the Telo unit) If you are running analog telephone wire (22AWG terminated with RJ11 connecters), maybe 500 ft (keeping the ooMa Telo unit local to your router). 65 feet with (at least) 2 interviening walls exceeds the capability of a DECT6 cordless phone. ooMa sells an add on device called the Linx which provides remote connection. (I didn't investigate its specs though) I would be tempted to run 22AWG telco wire to your shed, attaching a single line receiver, perhaps with an audio amplifier. Lowest cost and a good use for an old Princess phone.
