OK, so it depends exactly what you mean by this. I had Comcast Xfinity previously and I am not aware of any feature of that service that activates additional phones. That being said, if you have a cordless phone system (as I do) and your base unit is plugged into the phone line port on the Ooma device (and of course your Ooma device is connected to your modem via ethernet cord); all cordless phones registered to that base will work. (This is true regardless of the phone service.) I hope this helps.

If you are using cordless phones, all of the phones are connected once the base is connected to Ooma device.
