there are a million reasons why this could happen. first question would be the color of the logo display on the front of the unit. if it's red, then your Ooma unit can't make an internet connection. if it's blue, then there's most likely something wrong with your unit. in either case, it might be worth calling Ooma for help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem with outbound go into the setting and enable 10 digit dialing and check normal dial tone not ooma dial tone( I think that's what their called for the dial tones)
