We have Spectrum internet -- 500Mbps. We continually experience "robot voice" and choppy communication. I complained to Ooma -- I was told to contact Spectrum. I don't believe that Spectrum will help, since Spectrum offers its own home phone service. I'm planning on dropping Ooma in May when I have to renew. You can't beat Ooma's price for its features; but, the call quality leaves much to be desired, IMHO.

It you can access the internet (e.g. Open a browser to Ooma), then it should work.  All you need is connect to your home ethernet switch.

As long as your ISP service has sufficient speed and capacity limits to run a Roku 4K device or similar, it should work fine with Ooma.
