Hi Amanda, Ooni sells 5" oak logs and lump-wood charcoal on our website, perfectly tailored to the needs of the Karu 12. Many hardware and specialty outdoor cooking stores also carry similar fuel. Please make sure that you are only using kiln-dried hardwood logs no longer than 5", and steer clear of charcoal briquettes (which don't burn the same and can cause blockages that prevent proper airflow).
