“I currently have a cheap non brand projector that will not allow image to zoom out to fit into the 108 projection screen due to my limitations in distance from the projection to the screen Would I have the ability to zoom out or adjust to fit screen”

Yeah it has adjustable zoom and image move up down and left and right.
