Does this come with some sort of cover for the brush head? I do not like the thought of leaving it out in open for all kinds of dirt, bacteria, germs and whatever else is floating around in the bathroom to come in contact with my toothbrush. null

There is no cover for the iO7, when on its charging stand.  Only the case for traveling.

Perhaps you could use a small balloon to cover the brush head when not in use.

It does come with a nice travel case in which you can store the body and 2 brush heads. 
But no, it does not have a cover for only the brush head.
