You better return it if you bought one... Orby's done and BEST BUY KNOWS IT!!!! You can't even activate the receiver..Why do you think they are selling them at Clearance.. Try to get on Orbys site and try account..You can't do anything on the site.. can't buy anything.. can't get on your account even if you are a customer..they quit charging auto-pay customers even though it still works for them... That's only until another month... They are out of business.. removed all social media accounts and no phone contact

Orby provides the dish when you buy the install

You can purchase orbytv dish in store or at orbytv.com.

The installation or Self-install Kit has to be purchased from OrbyTV.com. I recommend the professional installation. However the Self-install Kit with Signal Meter includes the Dish and OTA Antenna if you really want to do it yourself. I do not recommend trying to convert your existing D* or E* dishes as the LNB and dish use different polarization.
